POTSDAM | MONTRÉAL 2018

KIHAKO NARISAWA + SONOKO KAMIMURA [JPN/DEU]

Kihako Narisawa and Sonoko Kamimura were in residence at Circuit-Est from August 1st to September 21st to develop their piece Figurative. In return, artists Gerard Reyes and Andréane Leclerc spent two months working at fabrik Potsdam – Internationales Zentrum für Tanz Bewegungskunst.

These residencies were made with the collaboration of the Goethe-Institut Montréal, fabrik Potsdam and the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec.

DUO À TROIS VOIX/DUETTO A TRE VOCI

MARIE BÉLAND [QC] + SIRO GUGLIELMI [ITA]

Circuit-Est and the Centro per la Scena Contemporanea – Comune di Bassano del Grappa offered Marie Béland and Siro Guglielmi the opportunity to work together during two research and creation residencies. Artistically accompanied by Ginelle Chagnon, they went in Italy from August 16 to 30 ,2018, and then in Montreal from October 8 to 20, 2018.

These residencies are possible thanks to the financial support of the ministère de la Culture et des Communications du Québec, as part of the Sous-commission mixte Québec-Italie, and of the Institut Italien de Culture de Montréal.

MONTRÉAL | LAUSANNE 2019

Circuit-Est centre chorégraphique, Pro Helvetia and the Théâtre Sévelin 36 offered a three-week creation and immersion residency to Anne Thériault [QC] in the Théâtre Sévelin 36’ studios. This residency took place from March 18 to April 5, 2019, during Les Printemps de Sévelin and the Programme commun. In return, Baptiste Cazaux went in residence at Circuit-Est, during the Festival TransAmériques in June.
