WORKSHOP 50+

Circuit-Est offers a contemporary dance workshop adapted to the needs and limits of the elderly, 50 years and more, led by Sarah Dell’Ava.

This fall, teachers are Léa Noblet di Ziranaldi, Kerwin Barrington, Ariane Dubé-Lavigne and Marijoe Foucher. They will each lead 3 consecutive workshops.

"The idea of these workshops is to live times of exploration, expression and sharing through dance. And, the icing on the cake, to co-create with each choreographer a 4-minute mini table dance: over the course of the session, these 4x4 minutes will connect to each other like four pearls on the same musical thread!  The 13th workshop will be an opportunity to gather all together to share the fruit of this "creative necklace"" - Sarah Dell'Ava
