Functionality and Perspective in Dance
After ten years of investigation in release technique, she is proposing a class that focuses on the importance of being grounded. Dancers will concentrate on points of initiation and arrival as well as visceral and organic movement. While building stamina, the class also emphasizes weight transfer, precision and multidirectional approach allowing space for imagination and awareness to work together.
