Laja Field is an international dance-theater creator, performer, and educator currently working as an adjunct professor at NYU Tisch. In 2017 she established her artistic platform, LajaMartin, and has toured to 17 countries worldwide. Laja frequents LA, NYC and SLC (her hometown) as well as teaching annually in European festivals like b12, Berlin and this year for Deltebre Dansa, Spain.
Master classes
A style based in momentous floorwork, with emphasis on musicality, group-centered awareness, hyper-dynamic phrase work, and the individual voice of physical expression. Begin by awakening joint mobility, move sensibly into strength building exercises to gain confidence in your floor agility. Launch through space with power and ease in landing. Transcend the ‘moves’ and unleash the spirit and liveliness of moving.

*To access this rate, the participants have to be, among others, Canadian citizens or permanent residents in Canada and currently residing in Québec.
GUIDELINES
- Registration priority will go the participants that are eligible to the measure of Intervention-Compétences;
- Price is $10 /class. If you are not eligible to the measure of Intervention-Compétences, price is $25 /class;
- Payment must be made by credit or debit card before each class.
