WORKSHOP | Los Little Guys – Erik Elizondo Campos (MEX) + Dimitri Kalaitzidis (USA)

October 16 – 20, 2023 | 9:30 am – 12:30 pm

Los Little Guys is a Mexico-USA project created by Erik Elizondo Campos and Dimitri Kalaitzidis. They have engaged in residencies, created original and collaborative work, and taught throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Utilizing improvisation as a movement creation method, the motivation behind their work is to reeducate the body through the interaction between imagination and physical space.

The aim of this workshop is to offer a different perspective on how to approach improvisational practice by stimulating body, mind and the connection between the two. How can we bring more awareness, clarity and variation to the way we mobilize, and how can we use this information to continue to develop and enjoy our individual search?
