Without pressure, Marianne Gignac-Girard invites everyone to a practice free of tension, centred on inner connection and mutual listening. Through a hybrid journey, dancers will awaken their sensitivity, presence, and creativity. A gentle space where the body unfolds naturally—with trust, intuition, and attentiveness.

Based in Québec, Marianne Gignac-Girard is a performer, rehearsal director, and teacher, and a graduate of the École de danse contemporaine de Montréal. After training in ballet, she shifted her focus to contemporary dance and went on to collaborate with Cirque du Soleil, O Vertigo, and many Montréal-based artists.

She also teaches Pilates and other training methods, offering classes that combine gentleness, sensitivity, and creativity—inviting each participant to explore their body freely, with presence, simplicity, and freedom.
