This class offers a vigorous physical workout through dynamic sequences and guided improvisation. The exercises fully engage the body and encourage participants to explore movement whilst paying attention to the floor, space, breathing and body alignment. Offered in a safe environment, the class promotes sensory exploration, independence and the joy of movement.

Based in Québec, Marianne Gignac-Girard is a performer, rehearsal director, and teacher, and a graduate of the École de danse contemporaine de Montréal. After training in ballet, she shifted her focus to contemporary dance and went on to collaborate with Cirque du Soleil, O Vertigo, and many Montréal-based artists.

She also teaches Pilates and other training methods, offering classes that combine gentleness, sensitivity, and creativity—inviting each participant to explore their body freely, with presence, simplicity, and freedom.
