Awakening of the Senses

This workshop offers an awakening of the senses to fully reconnect to the body and movement. Through exploration of different physical qualities, participants will experience dynamic phrases, moving through space and speed games. The emphasis will be placed on corporeal engagement in order to fully activate physical and sensorial resources to bring the body to the maximum of its possibilities.

Estefania Dondi (CRI) is a Costa Rican performer and teacher. She explores improvisation as an artistic and pedagogical tool linked to physical disciplines. She has performed in many international festivals, such as Deltebre Dansa and Atlas. Her work highlights presence, listening, and spontaneous movement. In 2024, she received the national prize for the best performer in Costa Rica.
