Milan Tomášik

Masterclass

Poetic Body

This class invites a fully awakened, responsive body into play. Through dance, improvisation, and mindful games, we explore diverse movement qualities — from softness to strength, from tension to ease. Rooted in rhythm, precision, and well-being, this practice nourishes individuality, musicality, and the art of spontaneous, embodied presence.
