Technical residency

Any dance artist with a creation project.

2 weeks (5 studio days per week)

What is offered

  • Production support

  • 30 hours of technicians (setup, adjustments, teardown)

  • Financial contribution: minimum $1,500

First technical residency

For whom?
Choreographers who entered the professional field after January 1, 2023, and who have never received a residency in Studio Jeanne-Renaud.

1 weeks (6 studio days per week)

  • Financial contribution: minimum $900

Circuit-Est & Nyata Nyata
Studio residency

Any dance artist with a creation project.

30 hours

  • Financial contribution: minimum $750

First Studio Residency

For whom?
Choreographers who entered the professional field after January 1, 2023, and who have never received support from Circuit-Est.

What is offered

  • 30 hours of studio time
  • 15 hours of artistic support
  • Financial contribution: minimum $750

Mentorship

For whom?
Emerging choreographers with promising artistic potential, wishing to develop their practice through a mentorship relationship.

What is offered

  • 40 hours of studio time
  • Including 20 hours with a mentor of choice
  • Financial contribution: minimum $1,000

  • Emerging status
  • Willingness for artistic development
  • Ability to demonstrate the impact of mentorship
