Workshop

This workshop explores the human movement that underlies the Ferus Animi // Terra Nova research methodology, focusing neuroplastic learning. It will involve a daily form of mobilisation to engage with movement nourishment for athleticism and longevity. In a rigorous and motivating environment, participants can learn from themselves and each other through both collaborative and competitive partnering games designed to shine a light on movement blindspots.
