Workshop

This is a physical contemporary dance workshop that focuses on exploring the body’s full physical potential. VASKO uses technical ideas from contemporary dance, breaking and acrobatics. Through the use of natural internal tools, participants aim to move with greater efficiency and ease. The workshop integrates principles from biomechanics and ideas of natural sources of energy, such as free fall, to create movement that is both powerful and effortless.
