This contemporary class is a high-energy experience driven by rhythm and loud music. Through fresh material, floorwork, and choreography, dancers explore creativity, push limits, and build connection. The space values care, respect, and support, challenging each dancer with love while encouraging individuality, presence, and shared energy.

CHRISTINA MERTZANI is an internationally active choreographer and teacher from Greece, based in Berlin, with over 20 years’ experience. Her choreographic work has been presented in more than 30 countries, and she teaches contemporary dance worldwide through workshops, festivals, and institutions.
