Marie-Ève Lafontaine

In partnership with Bouge de là

Opening session 2026

This class offers a vigorous physical workout, featuring dynamic sequences and guided improvisation. Marie-Ève Lafontaine’s exercises fully engage the body and invite participants to explore various ways of inhabiting movement, paying conscious attention to pushing off the floor, directions in space, breathing and points of support. Offered in a safe environment, the class encourages sensory exploration, autonomy in physical choices, great freedom of interpretation and the joy of movement.
