Informations
Reservation Duration
Reservations must be a minimum of two (2) consecutive hours.
It is possible to book a slot of less than two hours only if the studio is available for less than two hours during that period.
Tape
To avoid damaging the floors, marking is only allowed with electrical tape.
Non-compliance may result in fees.
Out of respect for other users, you are responsible for removing your markings after your reservation.
Doors
At Saint-André Space, it is strictly forbidden to leave street or dressing room doors open at any time.
Access to espace Saint-André
The space is accessible a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes before the reservation begins. The tenant and their team must vacate the space within fifteen (15) minutes after the end of the reservation.
Shoes
As the studios have dance floors, resin, stilettos, flamenco shoes, and tap shoes are not allowed.
Shoes are not allowed in Studio C. For other studios, if shoes leave marks, please do not use them.
Boots and outdoor shoes are not permitted in the studios. Please bring an extra pair if needed. Non-compliance may result in fees or rental prohibition.
Studio Release
Access and vacate the studio exactly at your reservation times. Time slots must include all preparation and warm-up periods before and after the activity.
Eco-responsibility: At the end of your reservation, please:
- Turn off the lights, even if there are reservations afterward.
- Close windows.
- Turn off the air conditioning (summer).
- Set radiator valves to 6 and adjust curtains so they do not touch the radiators (Studio A & B, winter only).
Furniture
Sound console furniture can be moved, but must be returned near the wall after use. Each studio has 5 chairs. Chairs cannot be moved between studios. Some lockers are available for multi-day rentals. A freight elevator is available at Saint-André Space if needed.
Permanent equipment:
- Studio A: two (2) ballet barres and mirrors.
- Studio Peter-Boneham: one (1) ballet barre.
- Bookings must take this into account.
Specific Restrictions
Use of messy materials is prohibited (e.g., resin, glitter, powder, sand, oil, etc.). Vibrations or noises that interfere with other users are not allowed. Alcohol, smoking, and vaping are strictly forbidden.
Maximum capacity:
- Studio Peter-Boneham: 30 people
- Studios A, B, C: 25 people
