This class invites dance artists to explore a hybrid approach stemming from DAVID’s work as a creator, teacher, and performer. It develops a technical practice rooted in groove, precision, irreverence, and collective attention. Between mastery and letting go, it offers a demanding, relational and embodied practice.

DAVID ALBERT-TOTH is a performer, choreographer, and, with Emily Gualtieri, artistic codirector of PARTS+LABOUR. An artist with many paths, for over 20 years, he has been sharing his practice through teaching and transmission. His workshops take from his performance, improvisation, and creation experience, offering a physical, accessible, rigorous, and human approach to contemporary dance.
