Understanding the floorwork

This class, structured in two parts, offers a progression to deepen one’s understanding of floorwork. The first part explores the relationship to the ground, weight transfers, and transitions between levels, while respecting everyone’s learning pace. The second part allows for using technical tools in personal performance, uniting rigor and creativity.
