Helder Seabra

Masterclass

Innercore

With his class Innercore, Helder offers a playful environment to facilitate exploration of one’s physical and mental limits. With organic movement and energy recycling as a basis, participants will research notions such as risk, confidence, instinct and speed. By mobilizing the centre and observing the forces in play, the goal is to develop a fine physical consciousness, between mastery and release.
