Workshop

Workshop

This workshop is designed to unlock physical potential by bridging dance, acrobatics, and body awareness. First, participants explore anatomical principles, allowing you to approach movement from a natural space. Then they will examine the link between dance and acrobatics, seamlessly integrating it into choreographic elements. We end with improvisation and group work to draw inspiration from collective learning.
