Originally from Memphis (USA), Marico “Dr. Rico” Flake is a leading figure of Memphis Jookin in the United States. A choreographer, teacher, and performer, he is recognized for his powerful, precise, and expressive style. Trained both in the street and on stage, he shares an embodied approach to movement where technique meets spontaneity and raw emotion.
