Masterclass

Freshmotion develops movement through velocity, control, and endurance. Guided by the principle “whoever can the most can the least”, this technique aims to bring bodies to their maximal speed and resistance potential through specific physical training and a fine conscience of the centre and of support points. Fed by influences such as capoeira and acrobatics, this energy becomes an anchor to access the poetry of movement.
