Satoshi Kudo

Masterclass

Masterclass

Based on Kudo’s Motion Qualia theory, this practice teaches you to provoke reflexes by intentionally losing balance, creating inevitable movement. You’ll explore being on and off balance to heighten awareness of surrounding motion. Through floor-work and body structure exercises, you’ll gain safety, logic, and sensuous expression, combining dynamic physicality with aesthetics and gravity’s natural influence.
