Sigal Zouk

MASTERCLASS

Masterclass

This class aims to refine one’s awareness of the body and the space around it. Through a series of guided improvisations, participants will develop their ability to unite mental, physical and emotional spheres. By learning to mobilize the present moment – in its full sensorial and emotional richness – as a starting point, everyone will explore how to go from a state of being to a state of doing, from choreography to authentic stage presence.
