Sita Ostheimer

Workshop

Complex Simplicity

The workshop Complex Simplicity connects instinctive movement and technical precision. Participants explore authenticity through the quality of their movement and of their presence. Each session begins with improvisational work before learning a longer specific sequence. This class develops both improvisation and technical abilities, and cultivates a deeper connection to one’s own artistic voice while refining the tools necessary to professional growth.
